FIVE SOULS,
A FEW VANS,
FILTER CLOGGING
TRAIL DUST.

The Dusty Bunch is an American musical collective formed somewhere in the narrow space between gainful employment and questionable judgment.
Raised on loud guitars, a splash of bourbon and the enduring conviction that rock & roll was never meant to be taken too seriously, The Dusty Bunch is what happens when a group of reasonably responsible adults begin making increasingly irresponsible musical decisions.
By day, most of them can be found at Storyteller Overland, building some of the world's most improbable adventure vans. So perhaps it was inevitable that when they formed a band, they wouldn't just drive a van to the gig.
They would gig in the van.
Amps. Drums. Guitars. Booming bass. A questionable amount of electrical equipment. All packed into a Storyteller van, doors open, volume up.
Preferably while moving.
Musically, The Dusty Bunch lives somewhere between the garage, the desert and the record collections that got them into trouble in the first place. Their sound is appropriately road-worn — a little battered around the edges, occasionally unruly and better for the miles. They play songs they love, louder than necessary, with little interest in perfection and even less interest in acting their age.
There is no master plan here. No need to slap off the dust. Just big riffs, booming bass, questionable choices and the simple pleasure of making noise with your friends.
A stage would probably be easier.
But rolling across the desert is a hell of a lot more fun.
The Dusty Bunch.
